We are your blockchain development company in Hong Kong

We build blockchain products for companies in Hong Kong with our in-house team, separating from the design stage what the SFC supervises, platforms and tokenized securities, from what the HKMA licenses, stablecoin issuers.

Blockchain development in Hong Kong, from idea to production

We turn your use case into a product that can be launched, operated and extended. A single team designs the architecture, writes the contracts and integrates them with your systems.

Tell us what you want to build
  1. The Hong Kong framework, from the architecture

We separate the asset from the function before choosing a network. A trading platform, a stablecoin issuer and a distributor of tokenized securities follow different routes, and a platform licence does not allow you to issue stablecoins.

  2. Smart contracts ready to audit

We build your business logic with tests and peer review, and prepare the code for an external audit and a gradual deployment through to production.

  3. In English, on your schedule

You work in English, or in Spanish if your team prefers, with the people who design and write the code. Meetings are set within your Hong Kong working day, and the rest moves forward in writing, through shared documentation and a stable technical channel.

  4. A foundation to keep growing

We leave the code documented and deployments and monitoring planned, so your team can maintain the product and add features on a foundation it knows.

Use cases

Blockchain use cases in Hong Kong

Hong Kong already issues tokenized public debt, trades fine wine free of duty and shares health records with patient consent; these cases build on that.

Blockchain regulatory framework in Hong Kong

Hong Kong splits responsibilities: the SFC licenses centralised virtual asset trading platforms, under the AMLO or the SFO depending on whether they trade securities, and since August 2025 the HKMA has applied the Stablecoins Ordinance to issuers of fiat-referenced stablecoins; the first issuer licences were granted on 10 April 2026. A tokenized security keeps the regime of the underlying instrument, and the April 2026 circulars require ownership records and a defined point of settlement finality, and set conditions for secondary trading of authorised products.

Security

Security in blockchain development in Hong Kong

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about blockchain development in Hong Kong

What we are asked before a project starts.

Talk to our team
  1. Which regulations apply to a blockchain project in Hong Kong?

It depends on the asset and on each company's role. A centralised virtual asset trading platform needs an SFC licence; issuing a fiat-referenced stablecoin requires an HKMA licence, which a platform licence does not replace, and a tokenized security keeps the offering and conduct rules of the underlying instrument. The proposals on virtual asset custody and advice still need legislation. We analyse the fit of your case before writing any code.

  2. Do you work with both startups and established companies?

Yes. We work with startups from MVP validation to a product they can show in a funding round, and with established companies on tokenization, traceability and digital identity projects with strict compliance requirements. Smart contracts always go through tests and review before mainnet.

  3. How do you work with Hong Kong companies?

In English, or in Spanish if you prefer, in direct contact with the people who design and build the product. Meetings are set within Hong Kong working hours; the rest of the work moves forward through shared documentation, written decisions and a stable technical channel.

  4. How long does blockchain development take?

It comes down to product complexity, integrations and the level of review needed. Before we start we define scope, dependencies and deliverables for each phase, so you can decide what reaches production first and what is left for a second iteration. That way an MVP is never mistaken for a complete architecture.

  5. Which blockchain network is right for my project?

We do not choose a network because it is trending. For EVM projects we assess Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Base on finality, costs, tooling, interoperability, custody and compliance, and we consider non-EVM networks when they fit better. The recommendation covers contracts, indexing, wallets and operations, and follows the product requirements and who will use it.
