We are your blockchain development company in Peru

We build blockchain products for companies in Peru with our in-house team, separating from the design stage a VASP's preventive duties to the UIF-Peru from the permissions that securities and payments require.

Blockchain development in Peru, from idea to production

We turn your use case into a product you can launch, operate and grow. The same team designs the architecture, writes the contracts and integrates them with your systems.

Tell us what you want to build
  1. The Peruvian framework, from the architecture

Being a VASP before the UIF-Peru does not authorise you to take funds or manage investments. Before choosing a network we separate those preventive duties from what the SMV requires for securities and the BCRP for payments, and check whether a pilot fits the SBS sandbox.

  2. Smart contracts ready for audit

We write your business logic with tests and peer review. The code is ready for an external audit and a progressive deployment before it runs in production.

  3. In Spanish, with meetings in your working day

You work in Spanish with the people who design and write the code. Meetings go in your business hours, and everything else lives in shared documentation and a stable technical channel.

  4. A foundation to keep moving forward

We document the code and plan deployments and monitoring. Your team has a technical foundation for maintaining the product and building new features.

Use cases

Blockchain use cases in Peru

Cases that start from controls Peru already applies, from SENASA's register of blueberry farms to the catch limit of every anchovy vessel.

  • Picker seen from behind harvesting blueberries along rows of bushes on a farm in La Libertad, export blueberries with blockchain in Peru

    Export blueberries

Peru is the world's leading blueberry exporter according to MIDAGRI, and to sell to China every farm and packhouse must be registered by SENASA with its code.

  • Hands holding freshly shorn cinnamon-coloured vicuña fibre in the Ayacucho highlands, vicuña fibre with blockchain in Peru

    Vicuña fibre

Vicuña fibre can only be exported with a CITES permit from SERFOR and in containers sealed by the CITES authority; each bale is linked to its permit and its origin.

  • Anchovy purse seiners moored off the Chimbote pier at dawn, anchovy catch by vessel with blockchain in Peru

    Anchovy catch by vessel

Each anchovy vessel has a maximum catch limit per season, and PRODUCE checks landings against that limit; each unloading is linked to its boat.

Blockchain for Supply Chain & Logistics
  • Facade of a republican-era building with wooden balconies in Lima's historic centre, securities with an alternative register and blockchain in Peru

    Securities with an alternative register

The Securities Market Law allows the SMV to authorise a different registration system under conditions; an on-chain register only has effect if it holds that authorisation.

Blockchain regulatory framework in Peru

Peru has no comprehensive financial licence for virtual assets: VASPs domiciled in the country follow the preventive regime of SBS Resolution 02648-2024, supervised by the UIF-Peru, which does not authorise taking deposits or managing investments. Securities remain under the SMV and payments under the BCRP. Since 2025, the SBS sandbox has admitted time-limited tests by unsupervised companies, subject to prior authorisation.

Security

Security in blockchain development in Peru

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about blockchain development in Peru

What we are asked before a project starts.

Talk to our team
  1. Which regulations apply to a blockchain project in Peru?

Anyone domiciled in Peru who exchanges, transfers, holds or administers virtual assets for third parties is an obliged entity before the UIF-Peru under SBS Resolution 02648-2024: an anti-money laundering system, a compliance officer and suspicious transaction reports within 24 hours of classification. The travel rule was postponed to 1 January 2029, without suspending the rest. Securities and payments need their own permissions from the SMV and the BCRP. We analyse the fit of your case before writing code.

  2. Do you work with both startups and established companies?

Yes. We support startups from MVP validation to their first funding round, and established companies on tokenization, traceability and digital identity projects with strict compliance requirements. Before mainnet, smart contracts go through tests and review on any project.

  3. How do you work with Peruvian companies?

Through direct contact with the people who design and build the product, in Spanish. Meetings are scheduled in your hours; decisions are put in writing and day-to-day work moves forward through shared documentation and a stable technical channel.

  4. How long does blockchain development take?

It depends on product complexity, how many integrations it requires and the level of review. Before development we agree scope, dependencies and phase deliverables, so you can decide what reaches production first and what waits for a second iteration, without mistaking an MVP for the complete architecture.

  5. Which blockchain network is right for my project?

The one that fits the product requirements, not the one in fashion. For EVM projects we compare Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Base on finality, costs, tooling, interoperability, custody and compliance, and we consider non-EVM networks when they fit better. The recommendation covers contracts, indexing, wallets and operations, and starts from who will use the product.
