We are your blockchain development company in El Salvador

We build blockchain products for companies in El Salvador with our in-house team, separating from the design stage what the Bitcoin Law governs from what the LEAD requires of issuers and providers before the CNAD.

Blockchain development in El Salvador, from idea to production

We turn your use case into a product you can launch, operate and grow. The same team designs the architecture, writes the contracts and integrates them with your systems.

Tell us what you want to build
  1. The Salvadoran framework, from the architecture

Before choosing a network we distinguish the roles the LEAD registers separately with the CNAD: issuer, structurer, certifier and the provider that serves investors. What the contract executes has to match what the issuance documents promise.

  2. Smart contracts ready for review

We write your business logic with tests and peer review. The code arrives ready for an external audit and a phased deployment before it runs in production.

  3. In Spanish, within your working day

You work in Spanish with the people who design and write the code. Meetings fall within your working day in San Salvador; whatever doesn't need a meeting moves forward in writing, through shared documentation and a stable technical channel.

  4. A foundation ready to change

We document the code and plan deployments and monitoring. We flag the platform changes that may need to be reported to the CNAD, so they are not treated as a routine software update.

The issuances the CNAD already registers and trades the country has protected for almost a century, such as balsam, are where these cases start.

  • Residential building under construction with a crane and the San Salvador volcano behind, real estate development debt with blockchain in El Salvador

    Real estate development debt

The CNAD's list of issuances already includes several from real estate developers; the token gives a claim against the issuer, not ownership of the building.

Blockchain regulatory framework in El Salvador

El Salvador separates two frameworks. The Bitcoin Law, amended in 2025, makes accepting bitcoin voluntary for private parties. The Digital Asset Issuance Law (LEAD) governs issuances and services under the supervision of the CNAD, with separate registers for service providers, issuers, issuances and certifiers. A Salvadoran authorisation is not a passport: offering tokens to investors in another country also requires reviewing the rules of that market.

Security

Security in blockchain development in El Salvador

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about blockchain development in El Salvador

What we are asked before a project starts.

Talk to our team
  1. Which regulations apply to a blockchain project in El Salvador?

It depends on what each party does. Anyone providing services to clients registers as a provider with the CNAD in two stages: a non-objection to the pre-registration and then the final registration. A public offering needs a registered structurer, a Relevant Information Document and a certifier's report; a private one is addressed to no more than 50 qualified investors and has its own non-objection. The UIF handles anti-money laundering oversight. We analyse the fit of your case before writing any code.

  2. Do you work with both startups and established companies?

Yes. We support startups from MVP validation to their first funding round, and established companies on tokenization, traceability and digital identity projects with strict compliance requirements. Smart contracts go through tests and review before they reach mainnet, whatever the size of the project.

  3. How do you work with Salvadoran companies?

In Spanish and in direct contact with the people who design and build the product. We concentrate meetings in your working hours, and the rest of the work moves forward through shared documentation, written decisions and a stable technical channel.

  4. How long does blockchain development take?

It depends on product complexity, integrations and the level of review it needs. Before development we set scope, dependencies and phase deliverables, so you can decide what reaches production first and what waits for a second iteration. An MVP is not treated as if it were the complete architecture.

  5. Which blockchain network is right for my project?

The one the product requirements call for, not the one in fashion. For EVM projects we compare Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Base on finality, costs, tooling, interoperability, custody and compliance, and we consider non-EVM networks when they fit better. The recommendation covers contracts, indexing, wallets and operations, with the product's users in mind.
