We are your blockchain development company in Poland

We build blockchain products for companies in Poland with our in-house team, designing each project with MiCA in force and the Polish law that should designate the CASP supervisor still blocked.

Blockchain development in Poland, from idea to production

We turn your use case into a product you can launch, operate and extend. One team designs the architecture, writes the contracts and integrates them with your systems.

Tell us what you want to build
  1. The Polish framework, from the architecture

We separate what the token is from who provides the service and from where. The KNF keeps supervision of EMT issuers, but no authority has yet been designated for CASPs, so the access route is settled before custody and permissions.

  2. Contracts prepared for external review

Every contract comes with tests, peer review and the documentation an external auditor needs to understand it. We deploy in stages, and it only reaches production once each stage has been checked.

  3. In English and on your schedule

You work in English, or in Spanish if your team prefers, with the people who design and code the product. Meetings are set within your working day, and follow-up runs through shared documentation and a stable technical channel.

  4. A foundation that can keep growing

We hand over documented code with deployment and monitoring in place, so your team can maintain the product and add features without starting from scratch.

Use cases

Blockchain use cases in Poland

Cases that build on records Poland already requires, from the shareholder register of a PSA to the SENT declaration for every fuel shipment.

  • Signed shareholders' agreement with a notarial seal on a desk in a Kraków notary's office, shareholder register with blockchain in Poland

    Shareholder register

The Polish Commercial Companies Code allows the shareholder register of a PSA to be a distributed database, kept by a notary or by an entity authorised to maintain securities accounts.

    Grójec apples

«Jabłka grójeckie» has been an EU protected geographical indication since 2011: every lot linked to its orchard in the defined area and followed through to the buyer.

    Blockchain for Agribusiness
  • Tanker truck loading at the bay of a Polish fuel depot at dawn, fuel transport with blockchain in Poland

    Fuel transport

Every road shipment of fuel above 500 kg or 500 litres is declared in the SENT register before departure; its reference number is linked on-chain to the load, the truck and the delivery.

Blockchain for Supply Chain & Logistics
  • Bales of pressed cardboard and plastic stacked in the yard of a Polish recycling plant as a truck unloads, waste transfers with blockchain in Poland

    Waste transfers

Every waste transfer is documented before departure with a transfer note in the BDO database, and the receiver confirms weight, date and time; the record links each note to its treatment.

European Union: MiCA / KNF

Blockchain regulatory framework in Poland

In Poland, MiCA applies directly, but the national law meant to complete it was vetoed in June 2026 and the Sejm failed to override the veto on 4 September. The KNF keeps its powers over EMT issuers; for CASPs and ART issuers no authority has been designated. A provider authorised in another member state can offer services through the cross-border notification under Article 65 of MiCA, and since July 2026 the former VASP register no longer allows firms to keep operating.

Security

Security in blockchain development in Poland

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about blockchain development in Poland

What we are asked before a project starts.

Talk to our team
  1. Which regulations apply to a blockchain project in Poland?

MiCA governs crypto-asset issuance and services, although Poland still lacks the law designating an authority to license CASPs: the proposal tabled on 8 September 2026 is not yet law. A token representing shares or other securities is assessed under securities rules, and anti-money laundering and transfer information obligations still apply. We analyse the fit of your case before writing any code.

  2. Do you work with both startups and established companies?

Yes. We support startups from MVP validation to a product they can show in a funding round; with established companies we work on tokenization, traceability or digital identity, where compliance requirements carry more weight. Either way, smart contracts go through tests and review before they reach mainnet.

  3. How do you work with Polish companies?

In English or Spanish, in direct contact with the people who design and code the product. Meetings are set within your business hours, and each phase rests on shared documentation, written decisions and a stable technical channel.

  4. How long does blockchain development take?

It depends on the product's scope, the systems it has to integrate with and the review it requires. Before coding we set phases, dependencies and deliverables, and we separate what an MVP needs from what a complete architecture calls for, so you can decide what reaches production first.

  5. Which blockchain network is right for my project?

The one your product requirements call for. For EVM projects we compare Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Base on finality, costs, tooling, interoperability, custody and compliance, and we propose non-EVM networks when they fit better. The recommendation covers contracts, indexing, wallets and operations, and takes into account who will use the product.
