We are your blockchain development company in Morocco

We build blockchain products for companies in Morocco with our in-house team, and from the design stage we keep record-keeping and traceability apart from any collection or currency movement, which exchange control rules still shape.

Blockchain development in Morocco, from idea to production

We turn your use case into a product ready to launch, operate and grow. The same team designs the architecture, writes the contracts and integrates them with your systems.

Tell us what you want to build
  1. The Moroccan framework, from the architecture

We design for the rules in force today, not for Bill 42.25: the on-chain record is kept apart from payments and foreign exchange, which fall under the Office des Changes, and nothing in the design assumes a licence that does not yet exist.

  2. Smart contracts ready for audit

Every contract comes with tests, peer review and the documentation an external auditor needs, and we deploy it in phases before it runs in production.

  3. In English or Spanish, on your schedule

You work in English, or in Spanish if your team prefers, with the people who design and write the code. We set meetings within your working day, Ramadan included, and the rest moves forward through shared documentation and a stable technical channel.

  4. A foundation your team can extend

We hand over documented code, with deployments and monitoring planned, so your team can maintain the product and add features without starting from scratch.

Use cases

Blockchain use cases in Morocco

Morocco already protects the origin of argan, keeps its property titles in digital registries and ships the cars it builds through Tanger Med; these cases record and trace data without moving payments or currency.

    Argan with geographical indication

A ministerial order of November 2009 recognised the «Argane» geographical indication and approved its specifications; the argan tree grows only in south-western Morocco.

Noor Ouarzazate I has run since February 2016 with 160 MW, parabolic trough mirrors and up to three hours of storage; each megawatt hour can be recorded with its origin.

    Land titles and cadastre

The ANCFCC holds 7.7 million property titles and as many cadastral plans, and issues 95% of its certificates online, which an on-chain seal can make verifiable.

In 2025, 327,569 vehicles from Renault's plants in Melloussa and Casablanca and 126,874 from Stellantis in Kenitra left through Tanger Med; each unit can be traced to the ship.

Blockchain regulatory framework in Morocco

Morocco does not yet have a digital asset regime in force. Bill 42.25 would split supervision between the AMMC, for providers and utility tokens, and Bank Al-Maghrib, for issuers of asset-referenced tokens, but its enactment has not been confirmed and no licensing route is open. Meanwhile, the Office des Changes maintains its warning against using virtual currencies as a means of payment, and the IGOC 2026 foreign exchange instruction, applied since 1 January, governs collections, conversions and transfers.

Milestones in Morocco's blockchain framework

Morocco does not yet have a digital asset regime in force: these dates mark the reform of its anti-money laundering authority, the bill that would create the regime and the foreign exchange rules that apply today. Each milestone links to its source.

Security

Security in blockchain development in Morocco

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about blockchain development in Morocco

What we are asked before a project starts.

Talk to our team
  1. Which regulations apply to a blockchain project in Morocco?

The rules in force, not Bill 42.25, whose enactment has not been confirmed and which does not yet open any licence. The right a token represents is analysed under securities, property and contract law; collections, conversions and transfers under the IGOC 2026 foreign exchange instruction; and anti-money laundering rules always apply, with the ANRF as the financial intelligence unit. The official warning targets the use of virtual currencies as a means of payment and does not, on its own, prohibit building blockchain software. We analyse the fit of your case before writing any code.

  2. Do you work with both startups and established companies?

Yes. With startups we work from MVP validation to their first funding round; with established companies, on traceability, document registry and digital identity projects with strict compliance requirements. In every case, smart contracts go through tests and review before they reach mainnet.

  3. How do you work with Moroccan companies?

In English, or in Spanish if your team prefers, and in direct contact with the people who design and build the product. Meetings are set during your working hours, including when Ramadan changes the clock, and the rest moves forward through shared documentation, written decisions and a stable technical channel.

  4. How long does blockchain development take?

It depends on product complexity, integrations and the level of review. Before we start we agree scope, dependencies and deliverables for each phase, so you decide what reaches production first and what waits for a second iteration, without mistaking an MVP for the complete architecture.

  5. Which blockchain network is right for my project?

The one that fits the product requirements, not the one in fashion. For EVM projects we compare Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Base on finality, costs, tooling, interoperability, custody and compliance, and we consider non-EVM or permissioned networks when they fit better. The recommendation covers contracts, indexing, wallets and operations, and keeps in mind who will use the product.
