We are your blockchain development company in the United States

We build blockchain products for companies in the United States with our in-house team, and from the design stage we separate each function regulated by the SEC, the CFTC, FinCEN and the states.

Blockchain development in the United States, from idea to production

We turn your use case into a product that can be launched, operated and extended. The same team designs the architecture, writes the contracts and integrates them with your systems.

  1. Federal and state rules, from the architecture

Before choosing a network we separate the asset from each function: issuing a security, transmitting funds, holding custody or facilitating trading. Each has its own federal regime and state permissions, and one registration does not cover the rest.

  2. Smart contracts ready for review

We write your business logic with tests and peer review, and prepare the code for an external audit and a progressive deployment before it runs in production.

  3. In English, on your coast's hours

You work in English, or in Spanish if your team prefers. Meetings are set in your hours, whether you are on the East Coast or the West Coast, and the rest moves forward in writing, through shared documentation and a stable technical channel.

  4. A foundation that can keep growing

We document the code and plan deployments and monitoring, so your team can maintain the product and add features on a foundation it knows.

Use cases

Blockchain use cases in the United States

The United States already requires every package of certain medicines and every lot of leafy greens to be identified, and the SEC has opened a route for tokenized stocks; these cases build on that.

    Tokenized stocks

The SEC's temporary order of September 2026 allows certain NMS stocks to trade on TSV venues, with public, auditable smart contracts.

    Property for accredited investors

Interests in the company that owns a building, offered under SEC Rule 506(c): the offering can be advertised, but every buyer must be a verified accredited investor.

    Blockchain for Real Estate

    Leafy greens traceability

Fresh leafy greens are on the FDA's Food Traceability List: each lot carries its code and the harvesting, cooling, packing and shipping data.

    Package-level drug tracing

The DSCSA requires certain prescription drugs to be traced package by package: each carries its NDC, serial number, lot and expiry on a machine-readable carrier.

Blockchain regulatory framework in the United States

In the United States federal and state rules apply side by side, and there is no single licence: the SEC applies securities law, the CFTC supervises commodity derivatives and FinCEN oversees the anti-money laundering obligations of those who transmit funds. States regulate money transmission and, in some cases, virtual currency, as New York does with its BitLicense; banking authorities step in depending on the institution. For payment stablecoins, the GENIUS Act of July 2025 has deferred application, which Treasury expects on 18 January 2027.

Milestones enabling blockchain in the United States

Federal and state dates that shape what can be built in the United States today, from New York's BitLicense to the tokenized stock exemption. Each milestone links to its source.

  1. New York virtual currency framework published

The state register publishes the addition of Part 200 to Title 23 NYCRR. This is the basis of BitLicense, with state-level scope and its own requirements.

  2. FinCEN guidance on virtual currency business models

The guidance applies the money transmission framework to particular functions and facts. It distinguishes developing software from using it to accept and transmit value for others.

  3. GENIUS Act enacted

The Act establishes a framework for payment stablecoin issuers, with requirements and deferred application. Enactment and general commencement are different dates.

  4. SEC digital asset interpretation becomes effective

The release issued on 17 March is published and becomes effective on 23 March. It distinguishes assets, digital securities and investment contracts.

  5. Temporary tokenized stock trading exemption

Order 34-106402 provides conditional TSV and specified liquidity-provider relief until September 2031, without a general primary issuance exemption.

Security

Security in blockchain development in United States

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about blockchain development in United States

What we are asked before a project starts.

Talk to our team
  1. Which regulations apply to a blockchain project in the United States?

It depends on what the token represents and what each company does. If the token is a security, federal securities law applies, with registration or an exemption before the SEC; accepting and transmitting customer funds may require MSB registration with FinCEN, with its anti-money laundering obligations, and licences in each state served; derivatives go through the CFTC. No permission replaces the others, and operating from outside the country does not by itself remove those obligations. We analyse the fit of your case before writing any code.

  2. Do you work with both startups and established companies?

Yes. We support startups from MVP validation to a product they can take into a funding round, and established companies on tokenization, traceability and digital identity projects with strict compliance requirements. In every case, smart contracts go through tests and review before they reach mainnet.

  3. How do you work with US companies?

In English, or in Spanish if your team prefers, and in direct contact with the people who design and build the product. Meetings go in your team's working hours, whichever coast it is on. The rest moves forward through shared documentation, written decisions and a stable technical channel.

  4. How long does blockchain development take?

It depends on product complexity, the number of integrations and the level of review required. Before development we set scope, dependencies and deliverables for each phase, so you can decide what reaches production first and what waits for a second iteration, without mistaking an MVP for a complete architecture.

  5. Which blockchain network is right for my project?

The one the product requirements call for, not the one that is fashionable. For EVM projects we compare Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Base on finality, costs, tooling, interoperability, custody and compliance, and we consider non-EVM networks when they fit better. The recommendation covers contracts, indexing, wallets and operations, and takes into account who will use the product.
