We are your blockchain development company in Chile

We build blockchain products for companies in Chile with our in-house team, deciding from the design stage which product functions need CMF registration and authorisation under the Fintec Law.

Blockchain development in Chile, from idea to production

We turn your use case into a product you can launch, operate and grow. The same team designs the architecture, writes the contracts and integrates them with your systems.

Tell us what you want to build
  1. The Chilean framework, from the architecture

In Chile it matters who controls the keys, who receives the pesos and who holds the proceeds of a sale. We break the product down into those functions before choosing a network, because each one may require RPSF registration and CMF authorisation.

  2. Smart contracts ready for review

We build your business logic with tests and peer review, and prepare the code for an external audit and a progressive deployment before it runs in production.

  3. In Spanish and on your schedule

You work in Spanish with the people who design and write the code. Meetings are set within your working hours, and everything else continues in shared documentation.

  4. A foundation that can keep growing

We document the code and plan deployments and monitoring. Your team has a technical foundation for maintaining the product and adding features.

Use cases

Blockchain use cases in Chile

Cases that start from records Chile already keeps, from the copper export contracts audited by Cochilco to the renewable attributes the grid coordinator already records on blockchain.

  • Strapped bundles of copper cathodes on the yard of a northern Chilean port beside a cargo ship, export copper with blockchain in Chile

    Export copper

Chile produced about 5.3 million tons of mined copper in 2025, according to the USGS, and Cochilco audits its exports through the contracts; each shipment is linked to its own.

  • Concentrated solar power tower surrounded by heliostats in the Atacama Desert, renewable attributes with blockchain in Chile

    Renewable attributes

Chile's National Electricity Coordinator already records the renewable attributes of each MWh on blockchain through its RENOVA platform; the case links them to supply contracts.

    Blockchain for Energy & Sustainability
  • Salmon farming pens in a Chiloé channel with a work boat and green hills, export salmon with blockchain in Chile

    Export salmon

Sernapesca issues the health certification for exported fishery products; each salmon batch is linked to its farming site, its processing plant and that certificate.

    Blockchain for Agribusiness
  • Historic stone facade of the Stock Exchange building in central Santiago, digital securities held at the DCV with blockchain in Chile

    Digital securities at the DCV

In 2026 the CMF clarified that the DCV is responsible for the authenticity and integrity of the digital assets it holds, not for the underlying assets backing the issuance.

Blockchain regulatory framework in Chile

Law 21,521, the Fintec Law, regulates crypto-asset services by activity: the CMF registers providers in the RPSF and authorises each service, subject to exemptions, and the UAF supervises anti-money laundering compliance. In 2026 the CMF distinguished self-custody software from regulated functions and clarified that the DCV is responsible for the digital asset it holds, not for the asset backing the issuance.

Security

Security in blockchain development in Chile

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about blockchain development in Chile

What we are asked before a project starts.

Talk to our team
  1. Which regulations apply to a blockchain project in Chile?

The Fintec Law and the CMF's NCG 502 require registration in the Register of Financial Service Providers and authorisation for each service, such as custody, intermediation or a trading platform, subject to the exemptions provided; registration alone does not enable every service. The UAF sets anti-money laundering duties in its Circular 62, and a publicly offered security follows its own legislation. We analyse the fit of your case before writing code.

  2. Do you work with both startups and established companies?

Yes. We support startups from MVP validation to their first funding round, and established companies on tokenization, traceability and digital identity projects with strict compliance requirements. In all of them, smart contracts go through tests and review before reaching mainnet.

  3. How do you work with Chilean companies?

In Spanish and in direct contact with the people who design and build the product. Meetings fit within your working day, and the rest moves forward through shared documentation and a stable technical channel.

  4. How long does blockchain development take?

It is driven by product complexity, integrations and the level of review required. Before development we set scope, dependencies and phase deliverables. That way you decide what reaches production first and what is left for a second iteration, without mistaking an MVP for the complete architecture.

  5. Which blockchain network is right for my project?

The one the product requirements call for, not the one setting the trend. For EVM projects we compare Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Base on finality, costs, tooling, interoperability, custody and compliance, and we consider non-EVM networks when they fit better. The recommendation covers contracts, indexing, wallets and operations, and starts from who will use the product.
