We are your blockchain development company in Kuwait

We build blockchain products for companies in Kuwait with our in-house team, starting from the fact that the country has prohibited virtual asset services since 2023, so we design records and traceability that neither issue nor move virtual assets.

Blockchain development in Kuwait, from idea to production

We turn your use case into a product you can launch, operate and extend. The same team designs the architecture, writes the contracts and integrates them with your systems.

  1. The Kuwaiti framework, from the architecture

The July 2023 circulars prohibit using virtual assets for payment or investment, providing services on them and mining them. We start from there: traceability and document records with no tradable token and no custody of client assets.

  2. Smart contracts ready for review

We code your business logic with tests and peer review, and leave the code ready for an external audit and a progressive deployment before it reaches production.

  3. In English, within your working day

You work in English, or in Spanish if your team prefers, with the people who design and write the code. Meetings fit into your working day, and day-to-day follow-up runs through shared documentation and a stable technical channel.

  4. A foundation to keep building on

We document the code and plan deployments and monitoring, so your team can maintain the product and add features on a foundation it knows.

Use cases

Blockchain use cases in Kuwait

Kuwait already publishes its housing queue, its subsidised food and its product recalls; these cases are traceability records on those processes, with no virtual assets.

  • Row of newly built family houses in a new residential district in Kuwait, public housing queue with blockchain in Kuwait

    Public housing queue

PAHW had 108,086 pending housing applications on 15 June 2026, ordered by priority date back to 1985; every change in the queue is recorded and verifiable.

    Real estate brokerage files

Real estate brokerage has its own anti-money laundering controls from the Ministry of Commerce under Law 106/2013; each transaction file is sealed and traceable.

    Vehicle and tyre recalls

The Ministry of Commerce publishes every vehicle and tyre recall, the latest on 11 September 2026; the record follows each affected unit until it is repaired.

Blockchain regulatory framework in Kuwait

Since July 2023, Kuwait has prohibited using virtual assets as a means of payment or investment, providing services on them and mining, and it grants no virtual asset service provider licences. The circulars from the CMA, the Central Bank (CBK) and the Ministry of Commerce exempt securities and financial instruments that are already regulated, but that exemption does not turn any token into an authorised instrument: the right has to be classified and the securities permissions obtained.

Security

Security in blockchain development in Kuwait

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about blockchain development in Kuwait

What we are asked before a project starts.

Talk to our team
  1. Which regulations apply to a blockchain project in Kuwait?

The July 2023 circulars (CMA Circular 10/2023, the Central Bank's circular to banks and exchange houses and Ministerial Circular 1/2023 from Commerce) prohibit virtual asset services, their use for payment or investment and mining, and there are no VASP licences. A foreign licence does not avoid those local restrictions, and incorporating a company does not enable those services. A traceability or document record need not provide them, and a securities project requires classifying the instrument. We analyse the fit of your case before writing any code.

  2. Do you work with both startups and established companies?

Yes. We support startups from MVP validation to a product they can present to investors, and established companies on traceability, document registry and digital identity projects with strict compliance requirements. In every case, smart contracts go through tests and review before they reach production.

  3. How do you work with Kuwaiti companies?

In English, or in Spanish if your team prefers, speaking directly with the people who design and build the product. Meetings are set on your schedule, and the work moves forward through shared documentation, written decisions and a stable technical channel.

  4. How long does blockchain development take?

It depends on product complexity, integrations and the level of review required. Before development we define scope, dependencies and deliverables for each phase, so you can decide what reaches production first and what waits for a second iteration, without mistaking an MVP for a complete architecture.

  5. Which blockchain network is right for my project?

The one that fits the product requirements. In Kuwait we usually start from EVM-compatible permissioned networks, where participants are identified and no tradable asset circulates, and we compare options on finality, costs, tooling, node operation and integration. The recommendation covers contracts, indexing, key management and operations, and follows from who will write to and read the record.
