We are your blockchain development company in Brazil

We build blockchain products for companies in Brazil with our in-house team, and from the design stage we separate Central Bank authorisation of service providers from the CVM securities regime.

Blockchain development in Brazil: dotted globe with the country marked by its flag

Blockchain development in Brazil, from idea to production

We turn your use case into a product you can launch, operate and grow. A single team designs the architecture, writes the contracts and integrates them with your systems.

Tell us what you want to build
  1. The Brazilian framework, from the architecture

Before choosing a network we separate the token from the service: if the token is a security, the CVM comes in; if you hold or broker virtual assets for third parties, you need the provider category the Central Bank authorises. Each answer changes permissions, custody and flows.

  2. Smart contracts ready for audit

We build your business logic with tests and peer review, and prepare the code for an external audit and a progressive deployment before it runs in production.

  3. In English or Spanish, and on your schedule

You work in English, or in Spanish if your team prefers, with the people who design and write the code. Meetings are set within your working hours, with room to hold them almost every day.

  4. A foundation that can keep evolving

We document the code and plan deployments and monitoring. Your team receives a technical foundation for maintaining the product and adding features.

We cover the full Web3 product lifecycle, from idea and MVP through to mainnet, audits and maintenance.

Use cases

Blockchain use cases in Brazil

Brazil already registers every rural product note, georeferences every farm in the CAR and issues credits for every biofuel sale; these cases build on those records.

  • Harvester unloading cotton next to large wrapped modules on a Mato Grosso farm, rural product notes with blockchain in Brazil

    Rural product notes

The CPR finances the harvest and must be registered or deposited with an entity authorised by the Central Bank within 30 business days of issuance; the token is reconciled with that record.

  • Truck being loaded with soybeans beside a silo with the edge of a native forest reserve behind, soy origin with blockchain in Brazil

    Soy origin

The CAR is a mandatory public electronic register for every rural property, with its georeferenced boundary and native vegetation: each soy load, linked to its farm.

    Blockchain for Agribusiness
  • Freshly harvested sugarcane arriving by truck at an ethanol mill in São Paulo, decarbonisation credits with blockchain in Brazil

    Ethanol CBIO credits

Each RenovaBio CBIO is issued in book-entry form, in proportion to the biofuel sold and backed by the invoice for that sale, and carries its own control number.

    Blockchain for Energy & Sustainability
  • Fans seen from behind in the stands of a Brazilian football stadium before a match, club debêntures-fut with blockchain in Brazil

    Club debêntures-fut

Football corporations can issue debêntures-fut, with a minimum term of two years and registration in a system authorised by the Central Bank or the CVM.

Blockchain regulatory framework in Brazil

Brazil separates two authorisations. The Central Bank authorises virtual asset service providers by category (intermediary, custodian or broker) under Resolutions 519, 520 and 521, whose core framework applies from 2 February 2026; the CVM supervises securities, their offerings and the services around them. Under its Guidance Opinion 40, tokenization as a technical process does not itself require approval, but the issuance and the services may. COAF acts as the financial intelligence unit.

Security

Security in blockchain development in Brazil

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about blockchain development in Brazil

What we are asked before a project starts.

Talk to our team
  1. Which regulations apply to a blockchain project in Brazil?

It depends on what the token represents and which service you provide. If you trade or hold virtual assets on behalf of third parties, you need Central Bank authorisation in the relevant category, with head office and management in Brazil; if the token is a security, the CVM regime applies to the issuance, the offering and the services. International operations may fall under the foreign-exchange rules of Resolution 521. We analyse the fit of your case before writing any code.

  2. Do you work with both startups and established companies?

Yes. We support startups from MVP validation to their first funding round, and established companies on tokenization, traceability and digital identity projects with strict compliance requirements. In every case, smart contracts go through tests and review before they reach mainnet.

  3. How do you work with Brazilian companies?

In English or in Spanish if your team prefers, and in direct contact with the people who design and build the product. Meetings fit into your hours, and the rest of the work moves forward through shared documentation, written decisions and a stable technical channel.

  4. How long does blockchain development take?

Timing depends on product complexity, integrations and the level of review it needs. Before development we set scope, dependencies and deliverables for each phase, so you decide what reaches production first and what stays for a second iteration, without confusing an MVP with a complete architecture.

  5. Which blockchain network is right for my project?

We do not choose a network because it is trending. For EVM projects we compare Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Base on finality, costs, tooling, interoperability, custody and compliance, and we consider non-EVM networks when they fit better. The recommendation covers contracts, indexing, wallets and operations, and follows the product requirements and who will use it.
