We are your blockchain development company in Australia

We build blockchain products for companies in Australia with our in-house team, starting from how ASIC classifies each token by the rights it gives and each service by what it does.

Blockchain development in Australia, from idea to production

We turn your use case into a product that can be launched, operated and extended. A single team designs the architecture, writes the contracts and integrates them with your systems.

Tell us what you want to build
  1. The Australian framework, from the architecture

We classify the token by what it promises the holder and the platform by the services it provides. AUSTRAC registration does not replace an AFS licence, and the platform regime arriving in 2027 does not defer the obligations that already apply.

  2. Smart contracts ready for review

We build your business logic with tests and peer review, and leave the code ready for an external audit and a gradual deployment before production.

  3. In English, with meetings on your schedule

You work in English, or in Spanish if your team prefers, with the people who design and write the code. We set meetings in your hours, whether you are on the east coast or in Perth, and almost everything else moves forward in writing.

  4. A foundation that can keep growing

We document the code and plan deployments and monitoring, so your team can maintain the product and extend it on a foundation it understands.

Use cases

Blockchain use cases in Australia

Australia already records every delivery of grapes and wine, certifies the origin of renewable electricity and trades water rights; these cases build on that.

    Tokenized bonds

In ASIC's INFO 225 guidance, a tokenized bond that keeps its promise of repayment and interest is assessed as a debenture and a security, with its offering requirements.

    Guarantees of origin

    Wine traceability

The Label Integrity Program requires a written record of each grape or wine delivery within three days, with vintage, variety and geographical indication, kept for seven years.

    Water rights

In the Murray–Darling Basin, water rights are bought and sold under the Basin Plan trading rules, and each state processes and approves the trades.

Blockchain regulatory framework in Australia

Australia applies the financial product rules of the Corporations Act to digital assets according to the rights and services offered, and ASIC's INFO 225 guidance steers that classification. AUSTRAC registration covers anti-money laundering (AML) and does not replace an AFS licence. The Digital Assets Framework Act 2026 brings digital asset platforms and tokenized custody platforms into the financial regime from 8 April 2027, with a transition period; until then, current obligations still apply.

Security

Security in blockchain development in Australia

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about blockchain development in Australia

What we are asked before a project starts.

Talk to our team
  1. Which regulations apply to a blockchain project in Australia?

It depends on what the token promises and on what each company does. A token can be a security, a derivative, an interest in a managed investment scheme or a payment instrument, and issuing it, holding it in custody or advising on it can require an AFS licence; virtual asset services also register with AUSTRAC. The digital asset platform regime will apply from 8 April 2027. We analyse the fit of your case before writing any code.

  2. Do you work with both startups and established companies?

Yes. We support startups from MVP validation to a product they can show in a funding round, and established companies on tokenization, traceability and digital identity projects with strict compliance requirements. Smart contracts go through tests and review before they reach mainnet.

  3. How do you work with Australian companies?

In English, or in Spanish if you prefer, in direct contact with the people who design and build the product. Meetings are set within your working hours, whether in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth, and the rest moves forward through shared documentation, written decisions and a stable technical channel.

  4. How long does blockchain development take?

Timing depends on product complexity, integrations and the level of review needed. Before development we define scope, dependencies and deliverables for each phase, so you can decide what reaches production first and what waits for a second iteration. That way an MVP is never mistaken for a complete architecture.

  5. Which blockchain network is right for my project?

We do not choose a network because it is trending. For EVM projects we assess Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Base on finality, costs, tooling, interoperability, custody and compliance, and we consider non-EVM networks if they fit better. The recommendation covers contracts, indexing, wallets and operations, and follows the product requirements and who will use it.
