We are your blockchain development company in Luxembourg

We build blockchain products for companies in Luxembourg with our in-house team, designing each project around MiCA, the CSSF and the Luxembourg law that allows distributed ledgers to be used to issue and transfer securities.

Blockchain development in Luxembourg, from idea to production

We turn your use case into a product you can launch, operate and extend. One team designs the architecture, writes the contracts and integrates them with your systems.

Tell us what you want to build
  1. The Luxembourg framework, from the architecture

We separate the provider's permission from what the issuance requires. If the token is a security, the law allows the issuance account and transfers to be kept on a distributed ledger, and a control agent reconciles what was issued with what is recorded.

  2. Smart contracts ready for review

We build your business logic with tests and peer review, and prepare every contract, documented, for an external audit and a staged deployment before it reaches production.

  3. In English, with meetings in your working day

You work in English, or in Spanish if your team prefers, directly with the people who design and write the code. Meetings fit into your working day, and the detail is followed through shared documentation and a stable technical channel.

  4. A foundation that keeps evolving

We document the code and plan deployments and monitoring, so your team can maintain the product and add features on a foundation it understands.

Blockchain regulatory framework in Luxembourg

In Luxembourg, MiCA applies directly and the law of 6 February 2025 designates the CSSF as the competent authority; the transitional regime for former VASP providers ended on 1 July 2026. For securities, the reforms known as Blockchain I to IV allow distributed ledgers to be used for the issuance account and for circulation, and create the control agent, reserved for eligible financial institutions. CASP authorisation does not by itself allow ART or EMT issuance.

Security

Security in blockchain development in Luxembourg

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about blockchain development in Luxembourg

What we are asked before a project starts.

Talk to our team
  1. Which regulations apply to a blockchain project in Luxembourg?

MiCA governs crypto-asset issuance and services, with the CSSF as the competent authority: providing services requires CASP authorisation or, for certain financial entities, the Article 60 notification, and ART or EMT issuance has its own procedure. If the token is a security, securities rules apply along with the laws on circulation and dematerialised securities, including the control agent where the issuance uses one. AML obligations also apply. We analyse the fit of your case before writing any code.

  2. Do you work with both startups and established companies?

Yes. We support startups from MVP validation to a product they can show in a funding round, and established companies on tokenization, traceability and digital identity projects with strict compliance requirements. In every case, smart contracts go through tests and review before they reach mainnet.

  3. How do you work with Luxembourg companies?

In English or Spanish, in direct contact with the people who design and build the product. Meetings are set during your working hours and decisions are put in writing; shared documentation and a stable technical channel keep the work moving.

  4. How long does blockchain development take?

The timeline depends on product complexity, integrations and the level of review required. Before development we define the scope, dependencies and deliverables of each phase, so you can decide what reaches production first and what waits for a second iteration. That way an MVP is never mistaken for a complete architecture.

  5. Which blockchain network is right for my project?

We do not choose the network by trend. For EVM projects we assess Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Base on finality, costs, tooling, interoperability, custody and compliance, and we consider non-EVM networks when they fit better. The recommendation covers contracts, indexing, wallets and operations, and comes from the product requirements and who will use it.
