Blockchain development in Singapore, from idea to production

We take your use case to a product that can be launched, operated and extended. The same team designs the architecture, writes the contracts and connects them to your systems.

Tell us what you want to build
  1. The Singapore framework, from the architecture

First we decide whether the product is a digital payment token service or a tokenized capital markets product. A payments licence does not cover securities, and since 2024 custody and certain dealing activities fall within scope even without holding the tokens.

  2. Contracts ready for audit

We write your business logic with tests and peer review, and leave the code ready for an external audit and a phased deployment before production.

  3. In English, on your schedule and in writing

You work in English, or in Spanish if your team prefers, with the people who design and write the code. Meetings fall in your business hours, and the rest moves forward in writing, through shared documentation and a stable technical channel.

  4. A foundation your team understands

We document the code and plan deployments and monitoring, so your team can maintain the product and keep adding features without depending on us.

Use cases

Blockchain use cases in Singapore

Singapore already recognises electronic bills of lading, is trialling tokenized bills and accepts international carbon credits under its carbon tax; these cases build on that.

Since 19 March 2021 the Electronic Transactions Act has incorporated the MLETR model law: an electronic bill of lading is legally equivalent to a paper one.

Blockchain regulatory framework in Singapore

Singapore separates digital payment token services, regulated by the Payment Services Act, from tokenized capital markets products, which follow the Securities and Futures Act and need a CMS licence for regulated activities. MAS administers both regimes, and its November 2025 tokenization guide looks at the rights a token carries, not its label. Serving only overseas customers from Singapore falls under the DTSP regime, where MAS says it will generally not grant licences. The dedicated framework for stablecoins is still under legislative consultation.

Security in blockchain development in Singapore

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about blockchain development in Singapore

What we are asked before a project starts.

Talk to our team
  1. Which regulations apply to a blockchain project in Singapore?

It depends on what each company does and on the right the token represents. Digital payment token services, including custody and certain dealing activities since the April 2024 expansion, need a licence under the Payment Services Act. A tokenized issue of debt, shares or fund units keeps the offering and distribution requirements of the Securities and Futures Act. Serving only overseas customers falls under the DTSP regime. We analyse the fit of your case before writing any code.

  2. Do you work with both startups and established companies?

Yes. We support startups from MVP validation to a product they can present in a funding round, and established companies on tokenization, traceability and digital identity projects with demanding compliance requirements. In every case, smart contracts go through tests and review before they reach mainnet.

  3. How do you work with Singapore companies?

In English, or in Spanish if you prefer, in direct contact with the people who design and build the product. Meetings are set during Singapore office hours; the rest of the work moves forward through shared documentation, written decisions and a stable technical channel.

  4. How long does blockchain development take?

It depends on product complexity, integrations and the level of review required. Before development we set scope, dependencies and deliverables for each phase, so you can decide what reaches production first and what waits for a second iteration. That way an MVP is never mistaken for a complete architecture.

  5. Which blockchain network is right for my project?

We do not pick a network because it is fashionable. For EVM projects we compare Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Base on finality, costs, tooling, interoperability, custody and compliance, and we consider non-EVM networks when they fit better. The recommendation covers contracts, indexing, wallets and operations, and starts from the product requirements and who will use it.
