We are your blockchain development company in Israel

We build blockchain products for companies in Israel with our in-house team, starting from the fact that the CMISA's financial asset services licence and the ISA's securities regime answer different questions.

Blockchain development in Israel, from idea to production

We turn your use case into a product that can be launched, operated and grown. The same team designs the architecture, writes the contracts and integrates them with your systems.

  1. The Israeli framework, from the architecture

Before choosing a network we separate the service from the instrument: exchanging or holding virtual currencies in custody needs a CMISA licence, and a token granting debt or equity also falls under the ISA's securities rules.

  2. Smart contracts ready for review

We write your business logic with tests and peer review, and prepare the code for an external audit and a gradual deployment before it goes into production.

  3. In English and on your schedule

You work in English, or in Spanish if your team prefers, with the people who design and write the code. Meetings are set within your working day, and the rest moves forward through shared documentation and a stable technical channel.

  4. A foundation that can keep evolving

We document the code and plan deployments and monitoring. Your team gets a technical foundation for maintaining the product and adding capabilities.

Use cases

Blockchain use cases in Israel

Israel has already tested a government bond on blockchain, reuses most of its treated wastewater for irrigation and produces its milk under quota; these cases build on that.

On 31 May 2023, the Ministry of Finance and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange issued a dummy bond as an ERC-1155 token in Project Eden, settled atomically against a payment token.

    Reclaimed water for irrigation

Over 80% of treated wastewater is used for irrigation, and the treatment level decides which crops each delivery may water; the record links every delivery to its lab test.

    Rights on public land

The Israel Land Authority handled some 125,000 service operations in 2023, mostly approving, registering and transferring land rights; each step can be sealed and verifiable.

    Milk production quotas

Israeli milk is produced under quota: 1,538 million litres in 2023, split into monthly quotas, and quotas can only be traded between farmers under the Israel Dairy Board.

Blockchain regulatory framework in Israel

In Israel, providing professional services on virtual currencies requires a financial asset services licence, granted by the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority (CMISA). If the token is a security, the Israel Securities Authority (ISA) is also involved, and the Bank of Israel supervises the relevant banking activity. Circulars on custody and capital were published in July 2026; the regime for stablecoin issuers and the rules on admitting currencies are still drafts.

Security

Security in blockchain development in Israel

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about blockchain development in Israel

What we are asked before a project starts.

Talk to our team
  1. Which regulations apply to a blockchain project in Israel?

It depends on what the company does. Professionally exchanging, transferring, administering or holding virtual currencies in custody requires a CMISA licence covering that activity and those assets; if the token grants debt or equity, the ISA's securities rules also apply, and anti-money laundering obligations extend to these services. The 2026 stablecoin bill is not yet an available licence. We analyse the fit of your case before writing any code.

  2. Do you work with both startups and established companies?

Yes. We support startups from MVP validation to a product they can present in a funding round, and established companies on tokenization, traceability and digital identity projects with strict compliance requirements. Smart contracts always go through tests and review before reaching mainnet.

  3. How do you work with Israeli companies?

In direct contact with the people who design and build the product, in English or in Spanish if your team prefers. Decision meetings take place during your working hours, and the work moves forward through shared documentation, written decisions and a stable technical channel.

  4. How long does blockchain development take?

Timing comes down to product complexity, integrations and the level of review required. Before development we define scope, dependencies and deliverables for each phase, so you can decide what reaches production first and what waits for a second iteration, without mistaking an MVP for a complete architecture.

  5. Which blockchain network is right for my project?

We do not choose a network because it is trending. For EVM projects we assess Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Base on finality, costs, tooling, interoperability, custody and compliance, and we consider non-EVM networks when they fit better. The recommendation covers contracts, indexing, wallets and operations, and starts from the product requirements and who will use it.
