We are your blockchain development company in France

We build blockchain products for companies in France with our in-house team, designing each project around MiCA, the split between the AMF and the ACPR, and the French rules that allow securities to be recorded on distributed ledgers.

Blockchain development in France, from idea to production

We turn your use case into a product that can be launched, operated and extended. A single team designs the architecture, writes the contracts and integrates them with your systems.

Tell us what you want to build
  1. The French framework, from the architecture

We tell a MiCA crypto-asset apart from a security recorded on a distributed ledger, because the supervisor and the permission change. The AMF authorises PSCA providers and the ACPR covers ART and EMT issuers and payment services.

  2. Smart contracts ready for review

We build your business logic with tests and peer review, and prepare the code for an external audit and a staged deployment before it reaches production.

  3. In English, within your working day

You work in English, or in Spanish if your team prefers, with the people who design and write the code. Meetings go in your working hours, and the rest moves forward through shared documentation and a stable technical channel.

  4. A foundation that keeps evolving

We document the code and plan deployments and monitoring, so your team can maintain the product and add features on a foundation it understands.

Use cases

Blockchain use cases in France

Cases that build on rules France already applies, from champagne's minimum time on its lees to the number on every energy performance diagnosis.

  • Colonnade of the Palais Brongniart, the former Paris stock exchange, in the early morning with people seen from behind on the steps, distributed ledger securities with blockchain in France

    Distributed ledger securities

Since the December 2017 ordinance, France has allowed certain securities to be recorded on a distributed ledger, with authentication safeguards at least equivalent to a securities account.

  • Bottles resting neck-down in wooden riddling racks in a Reims chalk cellar, with a cellar worker seen from behind, champagne ageing with blockchain in France

    Champagne ageing

Champagne rests on its lees for at least 15 months after the second fermentation, with bottling from 1 January after the harvest; the record follows each lot from tirage to disgorgement.

    Blockchain for Agribusiness
  • Boxes of folded garments in a clothing sorting centre in northern France with a worker seen from behind, unsold fashion stock with blockchain in France

    Unsold fashion stock

The AGEC law bans disposing of unsold non-food goods by incineration or landfill: they must be reused first, or else recycled; the record shows where each lot ends up.

    Blockchain for Fashion & Luxury
  • Assessor seen from behind measuring a tall window in a Haussmann-era Paris flat with parquet floors, home energy diagnosis with blockchain in France

    Home energy diagnosis

Every DPE carries an ADEME identification number, without which it is not valid, and since 2025 a home rated G cannot be let; the record keeps the property's energy history.

Blockchain regulatory framework in France

In France, MiCA applies directly: the AMF authorises and supervises crypto-asset service providers (PSCA, the MiCA CASP) and the ACPR covers ART and EMT issuers and services that amount to payments. The former PSAN registration stopped being sufficient on 1 July 2026. For tokenized securities, Article L.211-3 of the Monetary and Financial Code allows them, in the cases set by law, to be recorded on a distributed ledger instead of a securities account.

Security

Security in blockchain development in France

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about blockchain development in France

What we are asked before a project starts.

Talk to our team
  1. Which regulations apply to a blockchain project in France?

MiCA governs crypto-asset issuance and services: the AMF grants PSCA authorisation and certain financial entities can use the Article 60 notification, while ART and EMT issuers follow ACPR procedures. If the token is a financial instrument, it is assessed under the Monetary and Financial Code and, where relevant, the DLT Pilot Regime. AML obligations also apply. We analyse the fit of your case before writing any code.

  2. Do you work with both startups and established companies?

Yes. We support startups from MVP validation to a product they can show in a funding round, and established companies on tokenization, traceability and digital identity projects with strict compliance requirements. In every case, smart contracts go through tests and review before they reach mainnet.

  3. How do you work with French companies?

In English or Spanish, in direct contact with the people who design and build the product. We schedule meetings within your team's working day. Shared documentation, written decisions and a stable technical channel keep the work moving.

  4. How long does blockchain development take?

The timeline depends on product complexity, integrations and the level of review required. Before development we define the scope, dependencies and deliverables of each phase, so you can decide what reaches production first and what waits for a second iteration. That way an MVP is never mistaken for a complete architecture.

  5. Which blockchain network is right for my project?

We do not choose the network by trend. For EVM projects we assess Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Base on finality, costs, tooling, interoperability, custody and compliance, and we consider non-EVM networks when they fit better. The recommendation covers contracts, indexing, wallets and operations, and comes from the product requirements and who will use it.
