How do businesses use NFTs?

To issue a unique, verifiable right such as a certificate, a membership, a ticket or a product warranty. The NFT is an ownership record anyone can check on the network, and its metadata states what it represents. What the holder can do with it is set by the contract and backed by the issuer.

What's included

What our NFT development services include.

A business NFT has to keep working after the campaign ends. Every piece settles what it represents, where its data lives and what its holder can do.

  • Collection design

What each token represents, who issues it and which right it gives the holder against your company.

  • ERC-721 and ERC-1155 contracts

Contracts on OpenZeppelin with minting roles, supply caps and ERC-2981 royalty information.

  • Durable metadata

Metadata and media on IPFS or your own storage, with content pinned and verifiable over time.

  • Transfer permissions

Transferable tokens, bound to the holder with ERC-5192 or limited to approved recipients.

  • Minting and redemption

Bulk minting, claims by link or QR code and redemption at the venue or store from your own app.

  • Wallets for everyone

Embedded email wallets, with gas covered by your company, for users without a wallet of their own.

Architecture decision

ERC-721, ERC-1155 or soulbound?

This decision sets what the holder can do and what minting costs. ERC-721 gives unique tokens, ERC-1155 groups several token types in one contract and an ERC-5192 soulbound token binds it to a single account.

CriterionERC-721ERC-1155Soulbound (ERC-5192)
What it representsOne unique token per id, with its own holder.Several token types per contract, each with its supply.A unique ERC-721 bound to a single account.
TransfersFree, unless the contract restricts them.Free, including batches with safeBatchTransferFrom.Locked. Transfer functions revert.
Minting at scaleOne operation per token, unless extended with ERC-721A.Several ids and amounts in a single transaction.Like ERC-721, minted already locked to the holder.
Typical fitUnique certificates, warranties and numbered memberships.Ticket tiers, editions and in-game items.Degrees, credentials and personal accreditations.

A soulbound token cannot be recovered on its own if the holder loses the wallet. We design issuer burn and reissue from day one.

Methodology

How we develop your NFTs.

Four phases, each with a concrete deliverable. We decide what every token represents before writing code, and no collection reaches mainnet without a test mint.

  1. A document with what each token represents, its metadata, who mints it and what stays off the network.

Architecture RFC on GitHub with a sequence diagram and on-chain and off-chain scope
  2. We design the claim, wallet and redemption screens in Figma for users with no prior experience.

Figma screens for an app with the user's portfolio and a confirmation for every transaction
  3. Contracts on OpenZeppelin with roles, supply caps and pinned metadata, reviewed in a pull request.

Solidity contract with transfers restricted to verified addresses open in VS Code
  4. Tests and invariants with Foundry, Slither analysis and a test mint on a testnet before mainnet.

Passing Foundry tests and a Slither analysis with no findings in the terminal
Use cases

Where we apply NFTs.

An NFT adds value when a right has to be unique, verifiable by a third party and sometimes transferable under rules.

  • Accredited photographers by the football pitch, accreditation issued as NFT

    Tickets and accreditation

Tickets with resale limits enforced by the contract and a collectible that arrives after the event.

    Blockchain for Pro Sports
  • A person in a graduation gown leaving a university cloister, academic degrees as NFT

    Academic credentials

Soulbound diplomas an employer verifies on the network without requesting a certified copy.

    Blockchain for Education
  • Artisan's hands stitching a leather bag, a warranty of authenticity as NFT

    Warranty and authenticity

One token per item with its origin and warranty, passed to the buyer together with the product.

    Blockchain for Fashion & Luxury
  • Fan with a pass walking a backstage corridor, a fan membership as NFT

    Fan memberships

Member passes that unlock presales, content or experiences depending on each fan's tier.

Security

Security in NFT development

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it
