We are your blockchain development company in Saudi Arabia

We build blockchain products for companies in Saudi Arabia with our in-house team, starting from the fact that the open routes are bounded tests, such as the CMA's experimental permit or SAMA's sandbox, not a general crypto-asset licence.

Blockchain development in Saudi Arabia, from idea to production

We turn your use case into a product you can launch, operate and extend. The same team designs the architecture, writes the contracts and integrates them with your systems.

Tell us what you want to build
  1. The Saudi framework, from the architecture

We separate the instrument, the test permit and the technical function. A sukuk offering on DLT goes through the CMA's lab; an internal traceability record does not need that permit, and neither opens the door to holding cryptocurrencies in custody.

  2. Smart contracts ready for review

We code your business logic with tests and peer review, and the code is ready for an external audit and a progressive deployment before it reaches production.

  3. In English, within your working day

You work in English, or in Spanish if your team prefers, with the people who design and write the code. Meetings are placed in your hours and the rest moves forward on shared documentation.

  4. A foundation to keep building on

We document the code and plan deployments and monitoring. Your team gets a technical foundation for maintaining the product and adding features.

Use cases

Blockchain use cases in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia already serialises every medicine pack, registers every property unit and certifies its dates; these cases start from those records.

  • Office atrium in Riyadh with a lattice screen casting geometric shadows on the stone floor, sukuk on DLT with blockchain in Saudi Arabia

    Sukuk offered on DLT

The CMA's FinTech Lab provides for platforms that use DLT to offer securities, with sukuk as the first stage, alongside the issuer and its authorised adviser, under an experimental permit.

    Registered property units

The 2022 Real Estate Registry Law records each unit with its deed, rights and restrictions; the on-chain layer reflects its changes without replacing REGA.

    Medicine traceability

In the SFDA's RSD system, each pack carries a serial number that is never reused for the same GTIN, and every dispatch and receipt is reported until sale.

    Saudi Dates mark

The National Center for Palms and Dates lists the facilities holding the Saudi Dates mark and lets anyone check it on exported products; each batch keeps its orchard.

Blockchain regulatory framework in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia separates cryptocurrencies, securities and technology applications, and no general licence to exchange or hold cryptocurrencies in custody has been evidenced. The CMA runs the FinTech Lab and its experimental permits for securities activities, including DLT offerings starting with sukuk; SAMA runs its regulatory sandbox for other financial innovation, and REGA the real estate registry. SAMA's CBDC experimentation does not enable private stablecoins.

Milestones enabling blockchain in Saudi Arabia

Three dates explain what can be done today: a warning that restricts, an experimental permit that enables and a consultation that is not yet law. Each milestone links to its source.

  1. Institutional virtual-currency warning

The committee identifies lack of official-currency recognition and licensed parties for those practices.

  2. Experimental-permission amendments announced

Security

Security in blockchain development in Saudi Arabia

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about blockchain development in Saudi Arabia

What we are asked before a project starts.

Talk to our team
  1. Which regulations apply to a blockchain project in Saudi Arabia?

It depends on the instrument and the activity. For securities services, the CMA's FinTech Lab grants experimental permits with conditions and limits; in its sandbox, SAMA distinguishes a no-objection to integrate with test data from the permit to operate with real clients, and passing the test does not grant a licence. Anyone subject to the anti-money laundering law must assess the risks of a new technology before using it. We analyse the fit of your case before writing any code.

  2. Do you work with both startups and established companies?

Yes. We support startups from MVP validation to a product they can show in a funding round, and established companies on tokenization, traceability and digital identity projects with strict compliance requirements. Smart contracts always go through tests and review before reaching mainnet.

  3. How do you work with Saudi companies?

In English or in Spanish if your team prefers, and in direct contact with the people who design and build the product. Meetings are held in your hours; decisions are made there and in writing, on top of shared documentation and a stable technical channel.

  4. How long does blockchain development take?

It comes down to product complexity, integrations and the level of review required. Before development we agree scope, dependencies and deliverables for each phase, and with that you decide what reaches production first and what waits for a second iteration, without treating an MVP as a complete architecture.

  5. Which blockchain network is right for my project?

The one that fits the product requirements, not the one in fashion. For EVM projects we compare Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Base on finality, costs, tooling, interoperability, custody and compliance, and we consider non-EVM networks when they fit better; for an internal record, who runs the nodes matters too. The recommendation covers contracts, indexing, wallets and operations.
