Blockchain MVP development. Built to validate, not to demo.

We are an MVP development company for blockchain products. We build a working prototype with a tight scope, tested contracts and an app your first users run with their own wallet.

Blockchain MVP

What should a blockchain MVP prove?

A blockchain MVP is the smallest version of your product that runs on a blockchain network, with wallets, contracts and real users. It does not cover the full scope. It answers two questions before you fund the full build: whether the use case gains from an on-chain record, and whether users complete the flow unaided.

What's included

What our blockchain MVP development includes.

Every piece is there because it helps answer the hypothesis you need to test. Anything that does not answer it waits for version 1.

  • Scope and metrics

We pick the smallest flow worth testing and the metrics that decide whether the case moves forward.

  • On-chain architecture

We split what goes into contracts from what stays on your server, so nothing gets overbuilt.

  • Core contracts

Solidity on OpenZeppelin, with just the permissions you need and tests on every function that moves value.

  • Wallet-ready web app

An interface that connects the wallet, signs transactions and explains each step to non-technical users.

  • Scoped deployment

Verified contracts on a testnet or on mainnet with limits, depending on what needs to be validated.

  • Data to decide

On-chain events and product analytics so you decide with data what goes into version 1.

Architecture decision

Testnet, limited mainnet or off-chain prototype?

It depends on the hypothesis. An off-chain prototype tests demand. A testnet tests the mechanics without real value. A capped mainnet release tests how users behave when real money is involved.

What it validatesDemand and flow, before any contract exists.Contracts, wallets and signatures in real flows.Usage with real value and real fees.
Cost to the userNone, there are no transactions to sign.None, test gas comes from a faucet.Real gas, a fraction of a cent per action on an L2.
Main riskFindings that do not hold once on-chain.Users who behave differently with nothing at stake.A bug touches users' real funds.
Typical fitIdeas whose demand is still unproven.Pilots with invited users and partners.Cases that only validate with real transactions.

On mainnet we cap amounts and participants in the contract itself, and nothing ships without tests and review.

Methodology

How we build your blockchain MVP.

Four phases, each with a deliverable. We agree on what is being validated before writing code and cut whatever does not help answer that question.

  1. An RFC with the hypothesis, the flow under test and what goes on-chain and off-chain.

MVP RFC on GitHub with the sequence diagram and the on-chain and off-chain scope
  2. We prototype the minimum flow in Figma, from connecting the wallet to confirming the transaction.

Figma screens for an investment app with portfolio, swap and transaction confirmation
  3. Core Solidity contracts and a web app that signs against them, reviewed in pull requests.

Solidity token contract open in VS Code while the MVP is being built
  4. Foundry tests, Slither analysis and deployment to the chosen network to open the beta to users.

Foundry tests and Slither analysis in the terminal before the MVP beta opens
Use cases

Where a blockchain MVP fits.

An MVP makes sense when the main question is whether users and partners will adopt a shared record or a shared flow.

Security

Security in a blockchain MVP

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it
