We are your blockchain development company in India

We build blockchain products for companies in India with our in-house team, separating from the design stage FIU-IND registration from the permissions SEBI and the RBI require for each financial product.

Blockchain development in India, from idea to production

We turn your use case into a product that can be launched, operated and extended. A single team designs the architecture, writes the contracts and integrates them with your systems.

Tell us what you want to build
  1. The Indian framework, from the architecture

We separate anti-money laundering registration with FIU-IND from securities, banking or payments permissions, because being registered does not approve every product. If the project is a tokenized bond, the reference is SEBI's securities infrastructure and its Demat 2.0 pilot.

  2. Smart contracts ready for review

We build your business logic with tests and peer review, and prepare the code for an external audit and a gradual deployment before it reaches production.

  3. In English and on your schedule

You work in English, or in Spanish if your team prefers, with the people who design and write the code. Meetings are set within your working day, and the rest moves forward through shared documentation and a stable technical channel.

  4. A foundation that can keep growing

We document the code and plan deployments and monitoring, so your team can maintain the product and extend it on a foundation it understands.

Use cases

Blockchain use cases in India

India already puts a QR code on every active pharmaceutical ingredient, numbers its land parcels by coordinates and is trialling tokenized bonds with its depositories; these cases build on that.

In SEBI's Demat 2.0 pilot, announced in September 2026, the tokenized bond keeps its ISIN and investor rights, and the depository keeps the record of ownership.

Blockchain regulatory framework in India

India separates anti-money laundering registration from financial permissions. Since March 2023, virtual digital asset (VDA) service providers have been subject to the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and register with FIU-IND, including foreign providers serving the Indian market. That registration does not authorise securities, banking or payments products, which depend on SEBI or the RBI. The 2026 Asset Tokenisation Bill is a bill, not a tokenization regime in force.

Security

Security in blockchain development in India

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about blockchain development in India

What we are asked before a project starts.

Talk to our team
  1. Which regulations apply to a blockchain project in India?

It depends on what the company does and on the instrument. Virtual digital asset services require registration with FIU-IND as a reporting entity, including for foreign providers serving the Indian market, and the provisional application identifier is not a granted registration. A tokenized bond or payment instrument also depends on SEBI or the RBI. We analyse the fit of your case before writing any code.

  2. Do you work with both startups and established companies?

Yes. We support startups from MVP validation to a product they can show in a funding round, and established companies on tokenization, traceability and digital identity projects with strict compliance requirements. Smart contracts go through tests and review before they reach mainnet.

  3. How do you work with Indian companies?

In English, or in Spanish if you prefer, in direct contact with the people who design and build the product. Meetings fit within your working day in India; the rest moves forward through shared documentation, written decisions and a stable technical channel.

  4. How long does blockchain development take?

It comes down to product complexity, integrations and the level of review needed. Before development we define scope, dependencies and deliverables for each phase, so you can decide what reaches production first and what is left for a second iteration. That way an MVP is never mistaken for a complete architecture.

  5. Which blockchain network is right for my project?

We do not choose a network because it is trending. For EVM projects we assess Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Base on finality, costs, tooling, interoperability, custody and compliance, and we consider non-EVM networks if they fit better. The recommendation covers contracts, indexing, wallets and operations, and follows the product requirements and who will use it.
