We are your blockchain development company in Venezuela

We build blockchain products for companies in Venezuela with our in-house team, keeping the local SUNACRIP permit separate from the start from the sanctions review each operation requires.

Blockchain development in Venezuela, from idea to production

We turn your use case into a product you can launch, operate and grow. The same team designs the architecture, writes the contracts and integrates them with your systems.

Tell us what you want to build
  1. The Venezuelan framework, taking nothing for granted

An entry in the RISEC register is not the same as the attributes of a licence, and no local permit replaces a sanctions review. We start from what each function does; if it has no proven route today, the design does not treat it as solved.

  2. Smart contracts ready for audit

We code your business logic with tests and peer review. The code is ready for an external audit and a progressive deployment before it reaches production.

  3. In Spanish, with meetings in your hours

You work in Spanish with the people who design and write the code. Meetings go in your business hours and, between them, the work carries on in shared documentation and a stable technical channel.

  4. A foundation that can keep growing

We document the code and plan deployments and monitoring. Your team inherits a technical foundation for maintaining the product and adding features.

Registries and traceability, from a batch of medicine to a university degree: cases that do not depend on moving third-party assets or funds.

  • Boxes of medicine vials on the shelves of a refrigerated pharmaceutical warehouse, verifiable medicine batches with blockchain in Venezuela

    Verifiable medicine batches

In 2026 the INHRR has issued health alerts over counterfeit batches of cancer drugs; every batch recorded from the marketing authorisation holder to the pharmacy.

    Fine flavour cocoa

Venezuela appears in Annex C of the International Cocoa Agreement among exporters of fine or flavour cocoa; every lot linked to its estate and its fermentation.

  • University degree certificate with an embossed seal on a wooden desk, in shallow focus, verifiable university degrees with blockchain in Venezuela

    Verifiable university degrees

Venezuela has applied the Hague Apostille Convention since 1999; the degree the university issues carries an on-chain fingerprint anyone can check, without replacing that apostille.

    Blockchain for Education
  • Case files in folders and a rubber stamp on a desk in a Caracas office, counterparty checks with blockchain in Venezuela

    Counterparty checks

US sanctions and EU restrictive measures require checking the counterparty, ownership and connections of each operation against the licences in force; each check sealed with its date.

Venezuela: SUNACRIP · SUNAVAL

Blockchain regulatory framework in Venezuela

The 2019 decree on the Comprehensive Crypto-Asset System provides for registration and licences with activity-specific attributes from SUNACRIP, and the Securities Market Law, supervised by SUNAVAL, covers tokens carrying investment rights. SUNACRIP began a restructuring in March 2023 and no current procedure for new applicants has been documented. United States sanctions and EU restrictive measures are assessed separately, operation by operation.

Security

Security in blockchain development in Venezuela

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about blockchain development in Venezuela

What we are asked before a project starts.

Talk to our team
  1. Which regulations apply to a blockchain project in Venezuela?

The 2019 crypto-asset decree distinguishes registration in the RISEC from SUNACRIP licences, whose attributes set the operations, assets and users covered; if the token represents shares, debt or other investment rights, the Securities Market Law also applies. Since the SUNACRIP restructuring that began in 2023, a past permit does not prove current access. Sanctions require checking the counterparty, ownership and connections of each operation. We do not design products to get around sanctions or controls.

  2. Do you work with both startups and established companies?

Yes. We support startups from MVP validation to their first round, and established companies on traceability, document registry and digital identity projects with strict compliance requirements. In every case, smart contracts go through tests and review before they reach mainnet.

  3. How do you work with Venezuelan companies?

In Spanish and in direct contact with the people who design and build the product. Meetings are scheduled within your working day, and the rest moves forward through shared documentation, written decisions and a stable technical channel.

  4. How long does blockchain development take?

It depends on product complexity, the number of integrations and the level of review required. Before development we agree scope, dependencies and phase deliverables. That lets you decide what reaches production first and what waits for a second iteration, without treating an MVP as the complete architecture.

  5. Which blockchain network is right for my project?

The one that fits the product requirements, not the one in fashion. For EVM projects we compare Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Base on finality, costs, tooling, interoperability and compliance, and we consider non-EVM networks when they fit better. For a registry or a traceability system, who can write to the network and how outsiders verify it also matter.
