We are your blockchain development company in Seychelles
We build blockchain products for companies in Seychelles with our in-house team, and from the design stage we separate the services that need an FSA VASP licence from the token issuance, which is registered separately or follows the securities regime.

We turn your use case into a product ready to launch, operate and grow. The same team designs the architecture, writes the contracts and integrates them with your systems.
Tell us what you want to buildThe Seychelles framework, from the architecture
Before choosing a network we run the token through the FSA classification test: if it splits an asset into interchangeable units it falls under the securities regime rather than ICO or NFT registration, and each custody or exchange service needs its own licence.
Smart contracts ready for audit
We write the logic with tests and peer review, and leave the code and its documentation ready for an external audit and for the systems demonstration the FSA may request.
In English, fitted to your working day
You work in English, or in Spanish if your team prefers, with the people who design and write the code. Meetings are fitted to your working day, and the rest moves forward through shared documentation and a stable technical channel.
A foundation ready to grow
We document the code and plan deployments and monitoring, so your team inherits a foundation for maintaining the product and adding features.

Blockchain use cases in Seychelles
Seychelles is home base for the western Indian Ocean tuna seiners, funds its marine areas with a blue bond, controls coco de mer sales through permits and has an exchange licensed for tokenized securities; these cases build on that.

Purse seine tuna
The Seychelles purse seine fleet reported 117,709 tonnes of tuna in 2024, and Port Victoria is home base for the western Indian Ocean purse seiners; each landing can be recorded.

Tagged coco de mer
Every coco de mer sold carries a holographic tag showing the owner's permit to hold it; 1,560 were sold in 2022, mostly to visitors.
Blockchain for Public Sector
Tokenized securities on exchange
The MERJ exchange operates under Seychelles FSA licences as a market (SE001), clearing house (CA001) and depository (SF001), and admits tokenized securities.
Blockchain for Banking & Finance
Blue bond funds
In 2018 Seychelles raised USD 15 million through a sovereign blue bond to expand its marine protected areas and improve fisheries; SeyCCAT and the DBS channel the funds.

Technologies we build blockchain with in Seychelles
Our stack covers every layer of your product: smart contracts, blockchain networks and integration with your systems. It is what we use to build, test and deploy software tailored to your business.
- Solidity
The smart contract language for verifiable rules on EVM networks.
- Rust
Performance and memory safety for contracts, nodes and Web3 tooling.
- Ethereum
EVM contracts, tokens and final settlement on an open Proof of Stake network.
- Hardhat
An environment to compile, test and deploy contracts on EVM networks from Node.
- Foundry
Solidity tests, invariant fuzzing and command-line tooling for EVM networks.
- Chainlink
Oracles for external data, randomness and cross-chain messaging for contracts.
- Polygon
Polygon PoS: EVM contracts secured by its own validators, with low fees.
- Solana
Programs, accounts and parallel execution on a high-throughput layer 1.
- OpenZeppelin
Audited Solidity contracts for tokens, access control and upgradeable systems.

Blockchain regulatory framework in Seychelles
The Virtual Asset Service Providers Act 2024, in force since 1 September 2024, requires an FSA licence to provide custody, exchange or brokerage of virtual assets, including for a Seychelles company serving clients from another country, and that licence gives no passport to other markets. ICO and NFT issues are registered separately, and tokens that represent securities fall outside the virtual asset service provider perimeter and follow the Securities Act. «Assessment» in the FSA public register marks an application under review, not a licence.

Security in blockchain development in Seychelles
Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.
Before mainnet
- Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
- Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
- Static analysis and peer review of every change
- Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
- Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
- External audit when the value at risk requires it

Frequently asked questions about blockchain development in Seychelles
What we are asked before a project starts.
Talk to our teamWhich regulations apply to a blockchain project in Seychelles?
It depends on what each entity does and the right the token represents. Virtual asset services need an FSA VASP licence, with rules on capital, custody of client assets, cybersecurity and anti-money laundering, and if the applicant is a financial institution the Central Bank of Seychelles is also involved. An ICO or NFT issue is registered separately, offer by offer, and splitting an asset into interchangeable units leads to the securities regime. We analyse the fit of your case before writing any code.
Do you work with both startups and established companies?
Yes. We support startups from MVP validation to their first funding round, and established companies on tokenization, traceability and digital identity projects with strict compliance requirements. In every case, smart contracts go through tests and review before they reach mainnet.
How do you work with companies in Seychelles?
In English, or in Spanish if your team prefers, and in direct contact with the people who design and build the product. Meetings go in your business hours; the rest moves forward through shared documentation, written decisions and a stable technical channel.
How long does blockchain development take?
It depends on product complexity, integrations and the level of review. Before development we set scope, dependencies and deliverables for each phase, so you decide what reaches production first and what waits for a second iteration, without mistaking an MVP for the complete architecture.
Which blockchain network is right for my project?
The one that fits the product requirements, not the one in fashion. For EVM projects we compare Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Base on finality, costs, tooling, interoperability, custody and compliance, and we consider non-EVM networks when they fit better. The recommendation covers contracts, indexing, wallets and operations, and keeps in mind who will use the product.
