We are your blockchain development company in Greece

We build blockchain products for companies in Greece with our in-house team, designing each project around MiCA, Law 5193/2025 and the way supervision is split between the HCMC and the Bank of Greece.

Blockchain development in Greece, from idea to production

We take your use case to a product you can launch, operate and extend. One team designs the architecture, writes the contracts and connects them to your systems.

Tell us what you want to build
  1. The Greek framework, from the architecture

We start from the status of whoever provides the service. The HCMC supervises specialised providers and the Bank of Greece takes on authorisation functions when the provider is a bank, payment or e-money institution, which shapes permissions, custody and records.

  2. Smart contracts ready to audit

We write your business logic with tests and peer review. Every contract reaches the external audit documented and is deployed in stages before it runs in production.

  3. In English, on your hours

You work in English, or in Spanish if your team prefers, directly with the people who design and write the code. Meetings fall within your working day in Athens, and whatever doesn't need one is settled in writing, with shared documentation and a stable technical channel.

  4. A foundation that keeps evolving

We hand over documented code with deployments and monitoring planned. Your team inherits a technical foundation for maintaining the product and adding features.

Use cases

Blockchain use cases in Greece

Cases that build on controls Greece already applies, from the Chios mastiha seal to the requirements for every holiday rental home.

  • Tears of mastiha resin drying on white earth beneath a mastic tree in southern Chios, mastiha traceability with blockchain in Greece

    Chios mastiha

A PDO resin since 1997 with an EMA herbal monograph: every lot followed from its grower to the mark of authenticity granted by the growers' association.

  • Circular aquaculture cages in a Greek bay at dawn with a work boat alongside, farmed sea bream traceability with blockchain in Greece

    Farmed sea bream

    Blockchain for Agribusiness
  • Bright bedroom of a holiday apartment in Athens with a smoke detector on the ceiling and a fire extinguisher by the door, holiday rentals with blockchain in Greece

    Holiday rentals

Since October 2025, every home with an AMA number must hold valid liability insurance, a fire extinguisher and a pest control certificate; the record keeps their validity.

    Blockchain for Real Estate
  • Craftswoman seen from behind painting a plaster replica of an archaic Greek statue in a museum replica workshop, museum replicas with blockchain in Greece

    Museum replicas

ODAP, the Greek heritage agency, makes the exact copies of ancient works sold in museum shops; the record ties each copy to its original piece.

Blockchain regulatory framework in Greece

In Greece, MiCA is supplemented by Law 5193/2025, and the supervisor depends on the provider's status: the HCMC covers specialised CASPs, while the Bank of Greece takes on authorisation and prudential functions for banks and payment or e-money institutions. Applications to the HCMC follow Decision 8/1059/2025, and since 30 June 2026 the former registration no longer allows firms to keep operating. A token that is a financial instrument falls outside MiCA.

Security

Security in blockchain development in Greece

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about blockchain development in Greece

What we are asked before a project starts.

Talk to our team
  1. Which regulations apply to a blockchain project in Greece?

MiCA governs crypto-asset issuance and services, and Law 5193/2025 adds national powers and procedures. Providing those services requires CASP authorisation or, for certain entities, the Article 60 notification; the HCMC or the Bank of Greece takes part depending on your entity's status. A token that is a financial instrument stays under securities rules, and transfers carry originator and beneficiary information. We analyse the fit of your case before writing any code.

  2. Do you work with both startups and established companies?

Yes. We support startups from MVP validation to a product they can show in a funding round, and established companies on tokenization, traceability and digital identity projects with strict compliance requirements. In every case, smart contracts go through tests and review before they reach mainnet.

  3. How do you work with Greek companies?

In English or Spanish, in direct contact with the people who design and build the product. Meetings are set in your working hours. The work moves forward through shared documentation, decision meetings and a stable technical channel.

  4. How long does blockchain development take?

The timeline depends on product complexity, integrations and the level of review required. Before development we define scope, dependencies and deliverables per phase, so you can decide what reaches production first and what waits for a second iteration. That way an MVP is never mistaken for a complete architecture.

  5. Which blockchain network is right for my project?

We don't choose a network because it is trending. For EVM projects we evaluate Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Base on finality, costs, tooling, interoperability, custody and compliance, and we consider non-EVM networks if they fit better. The recommendation covers contracts, indexing, wallets and operations, and comes from the product's requirements and who will use it.
