We are your blockchain development company in Liechtenstein

We build blockchain products for companies in Liechtenstein with our in-house team, starting from the TVTG, the law that sets how a token represents and transfers a right, and from MiCA, which Liechtenstein applies as an EEA member.

Blockchain development in Liechtenstein, from idea to production

We take your use case to a product that can be launched, operated and extended. A single team designs the architecture, writes the contracts and connects them to your systems.

Tell us what you want to build
  1. The Liechtenstein framework, from the architecture

We design the contract around what Article 7 of the TVTG asks for: transferring the token must transfer the right, and the same right must not be disposed of any other way. We keep that civil layer separate from the permission the service provider needs.

  2. Contracts prepared for an audit

We write your business logic with tests and peer review. Every contract reaches the external audit documented and is deployed in stages before it runs in production.

  3. In English, during your working hours

You work in English, or in Spanish if your team prefers, with the people who design and write the code. We meet within your hours, and everything else is tracked in shared documentation and a stable technical channel.

  4. A foundation built to grow

We hand over documented code with deployments and monitoring planned. Your team gets a technical foundation for maintaining the product and adding new features.

Use cases

Blockchain use cases in Liechtenstein

Cases that build on roles only the TVTG defines, from the physical validator to a court declaring void a token whose key has been lost.

  • Company secretary seen from behind placing a bound register of members on a boardroom table in Vaduz, tokenized company interests with blockchain in Liechtenstein

    Tokenized company interests

Under the TVTG, disposing of the token disposes of the right; where the law does not ensure this, the obligor must do so with measures that rule out a parallel sale of the same right.

  • Validator seen from behind inspecting a painting with a torch in a climate-controlled art store in Liechtenstein, physically validated goods with blockchain in Liechtenstein

    Physically validated goods

The TVTG creates the physical validator, who ensures that a right over a physical object represented in the token can be enforced, and is liable for damage unless it proves so.

    Blockchain for Art & Culture
  • Lawyer seen from behind climbing the stone steps of a courthouse in Vaduz with a file, tokens with lost keys with blockchain in Liechtenstein

    Tokens with lost keys

If the key is lost, the person entitled to dispose of the token can ask the Landgericht to declare it void, then claim the right without it or a new token at their own cost.

    Blockchain for Legaltech & Compliance
  • Bank vault lined with rows of steel safe deposit boxes in Vaduz with an employee seen from behind, segregated custody in insolvency with blockchain in Liechtenstein

    Segregated custody in insolvency

The TVTG keeps tokens and keys held for clients out of a custodian's insolvency, even when pooled if each client's share is identified; the record keeps that share.

Blockchain regulatory framework in Liechtenstein

Liechtenstein is not part of the EU but is in the EEA, and has applied MiCA since 1 February 2025 through a national early implementation law; the FMA handles CASP authorisations and Article 60 notifications. It sits alongside the TVTG, in force since 2020, which governs how a token represents and transfers a right. TVTG registration does not replace CASP authorisation, and former registrations for MiCA activities expired on 2 July 2026.

Security

Security in blockchain development in Liechtenstein

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about blockchain development in Liechtenstein

What we are asked before a project starts.

Talk to our team
  1. Which regulations apply to a blockchain project in Liechtenstein?

Two layers. The TVTG governs how the token represents and transfers the right and requires FMA registration for certain professional activities; that registration brings incident-based supervision, not ongoing financial supervision. MiCA, applied through the EEA, governs the crypto-assets in its scope: providing services requires CASP authorisation or the Article 60 notification. If the token is a financial instrument, financial permissions apply as well. We analyse the fit of your case before writing any code.

  2. Do you work with both startups and established companies?

Yes. With startups we work from MVP validation to a product ready to show in a funding round; with established companies, on tokenization, traceability and digital identity projects with demanding compliance requirements. Either way, smart contracts go through tests and review before they reach mainnet.

  3. How do you work with Liechtenstein companies?

In English or Spanish, in direct contact with the people who design and build the product. Meetings fit into your working hours, decisions are put in writing, and day-to-day work is organised through shared documentation and a stable technical channel.

  4. How long does blockchain development take?

It depends on product complexity, how many systems need integrating and the level of review required. Before development we set the scope, dependencies and deliverables of each phase, so you can decide what reaches production first and what waits for a second iteration. From the start, the plan separates an MVP from a complete architecture.

  5. Which blockchain network is right for my project?

The one your product requirements call for, not the one in fashion. For EVM projects we compare Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Base on finality, costs, tooling, interoperability, custody and compliance, and we consider non-EVM networks when they fit better. The recommendation covers contracts, indexing, wallets and operations, and takes into account who the product is for.
