Crypto token development. Built for use, ready for MiCA.

We are a token development company. We build the token your users earn, spend and redeem in your product, with its ERC-20 contract, issuance rules and MiCA position settled before launch.

Utility tokens

What does a utility token do in your product?

It gives holders access to a good or service you provide, such as usage credits, discounts, features or redeemable products. Legally it is a claim against the issuer, not a share in the company. That is why we design the utility before the contract and check how MiCA treats the offer before launch.

What's included

What our crypto token development services include.

A token nobody uses is a line on a block explorer. Every piece makes sure yours has a clear use, an identified issuer and a contract you can prove.

  • Utility design

What the token lets holders do, who issues it, how it is earned and where it is redeemed in your product.

  • Issuance model

Supply, issuance schedule, vesting and burn rules, modeled before a single line of code is written.

  • ERC-20 contract

A contract on OpenZeppelin with minting roles, pause and supply limits, all tested with Foundry.

  • MiCA positioning

Exemption analysis and a white paper drafted with your legal counsel when the regulation requires it.

  • App integration

Balance, signing and redemption built into your app, with embedded wallets for users who have none.

  • Deployment and operations

Multisig deployment, source verified on the explorer and a dashboard to run every issuance.

Architecture decision

Points, an exempt token or a MiCA white paper?

This decision sets the legal and technical cost of the project. Points in your database are not a crypto-asset. A token on a public network is, and MiCA decides whether its offer needs a white paper.

Where the balance livesIn your database, under your sole control. On a public network, in the user's wallet.Same as exempt. The offer changes, not the contract.
MiCA regimeOut of scope. It is not a crypto-asset.No white paper under an Article 4 exemption.Full Title II, with a notified white paper.

A legal review of the product confirms the final classification. We hand over a technical design ready for that review.

Methodology

How we develop your utility token.

Four phases, each with a concrete deliverable. The utility and the model are closed before any code, and no contract reaches mainnet untested.

  1. A spreadsheet with supply, distribution, vesting and usage assumptions, reviewed with you before coding.

Tokenomics model in Google Sheets with supply distribution and vesting by category
  2. A document with the architecture and token economics, plus the MiCA analysis your counsel reviews.

Draft white paper in Google Docs with a comment on the token's MiCA classification
  3. An ERC-20 contract on OpenZeppelin with minting and pause roles, reviewed function by function in a pull request.

Solidity ERC-20 contract with verified-recipient checks open in VS Code
  4. Supply fuzzing and invariants with Foundry, Slither analysis and deployment from a multisig.

Foundry tests with a total supply invariant and Slither analysis in the terminal
Use cases

Where we apply utility tokens.

A utility token fits when your users need a balance they can see, spend or carry to another service under the same rules.

Security

Security in utility token development

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it

FAQ

Crypto token development questions

The ERC-20 contract itself is a small part of the budget. Cost is driven by the issuance and redemption logic, the integration with your app, whether an external audit is needed and the MiCA analysis and white paper. We quote a fixed scope once the token model phase is closed.

Start with the utility, meaning what the token lets holders do and who is accountable for that right. Then model supply and distribution, check how MiCA treats the offer, write the ERC-20 contract on OpenZeppelin, test it with Foundry and deploy it from a multisig on the chosen network.

Not always. MiCA exempts free offers, utility tokens that give access to a good or service that already exists and limited merchant networks. Offers below €1 million over 12 months or to fewer than 150 people per member state also skip it. Otherwise the white paper is notified 20 working days before publication.
