We are your blockchain development company in Turkey

We build blockchain products for companies in Turkey with our in-house team, starting from Law 7518, which places crypto-asset platforms and custody under the SPK, and from the ban on using crypto-assets for payments.

Blockchain development in Turkey: dotted globe with the country marked by its flag

Blockchain development in Turkey, from idea to production

We take your use case to a product you can launch, operate and extend. One team designs the architecture, writes the contracts and integrates them with your systems.

Tell us what you want to build
  1. The Turkish framework, from the architecture

We separate what the product does from what the rules allow. Crypto-asset platforms and custody need SPK permission, crypto-assets cannot be used to pay and a tokenized security follows its own regime, which decides flows, permissions and records.

  2. Contracts prepared for audit

We build your business logic with tests and peer review, and leave every contract documented for an external audit and a staged deployment before it runs in production.

  3. In English, with meetings at your time

You work in English, or in Spanish if your team prefers, with the people who design and write the code. Meetings are agreed at the time that best suits your team, and the rest moves forward through shared documentation and a stable technical channel.

  4. A foundation that can keep growing

We hand over documented code with deployments and monitoring planned, so your team can maintain the product and add features without depending on us.

Use cases

Blockchain use cases in Turkey

Record-keeping and traceability cases that build on systems Turkey already requires or runs, from the code on every medicine box to hazelnuts in licensed warehouses.

  • Medicine boxes stacked on the shelf of a Turkish neighbourhood pharmacy, medicine traceability with blockchain in Turkey

    Medicine traceability

Since 2010, the code printed on every box lets TİTCK's İTS follow each movement of a medicine; the record shares those events between manufacturer, warehouse and pharmacy.

  • Jute sacks of hazelnuts stacked in a Giresun warehouse with a worker seen from behind taking a sample, hazelnut traceability with blockchain in Turkey

    Hazelnuts with ELÜS

Hazelnuts stored in a licensed warehouse and graded by an authorised laboratory are represented by an ELÜS recorded at MKK; the record follows each lot from the orchard.

    Blockchain for Agribusiness
  • Weaver seen from behind knotting a wool carpet with geometric motifs on a wooden upright loom in Döşemealtı, handmade carpet origin with blockchain in Turkey

    Döşemealtı carpets

Döşemealtı El Halısı, a TÜRKPATENT geographical indication since 2021, is inspected every year for yarn, dyes, knots per cm² and motifs; the record links each carpet to its inspection.

    Blockchain for Fashion & Luxury
  • Loaded lorry leaving the dock of a textile factory in an industrial zone near Bursa at dawn, shipment traceability with blockchain in Turkey

    Shipments with e-İrsaliye

The e-İrsaliye sets the goods, quantity and actual dispatch time of each shipment, and the recipient can reply with what it accepts; the record joins those events from shipper to customer.

Blockchain regulatory framework in Turkey

Turkey has its own regime: Law 7518, in force since 2 July 2024, brought crypto-asset services within the Capital Markets Law, and the SPK authorises and supervises platforms and custodians. Appearing on its list of operating entities is not a final licence. The Central Bank (CBRT) regulation, applicable since 30 April 2021, prohibits using crypto-assets for payments, and MASAK sets anti-money laundering obligations.

Security

Security in blockchain development in Turkey

Every delivery goes through the same checklist before it reaches mainnet. What changes between projects is the depth of each control, because an MVP does not carry the same risk as a contract that holds third-party funds.

Before mainnet

  • Roles and permissions defined for every critical function
  • Unit and invariant tests, and fuzzing on the logic that moves value
  • Static analysis and peer review of every change
  • Multisig and timelock on administration when the risk justifies it
  • Custody and rotation of the deployment keys agreed
  • External audit when the value at risk requires it

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about blockchain development in Turkey

What we are asked before a project starts.

Talk to our team
  1. Which regulations apply to a blockchain project in Turkey?

It depends on the activity. Crypto-asset platforms and custody need SPK authorisation under Law 7518 and Communiqués III-35/B.1 and III-35/B.2, which separate forming the company from permission to operate. A tokenized security is assessed under capital markets rules, the CBRT regulation prohibits using crypto-assets for payments and MASAK requires identification and information on transfers (the travel rule). We analyse the fit of your case before writing any code.

  2. Do you work with both startups and established companies?

Yes. We support startups from MVP validation to a product they can present in a funding round, and established companies on tokenization, traceability and digital identity projects with demanding compliance requirements. In every case, smart contracts go through tests and review before they reach mainnet.

  3. How do you work with Turkish companies?

In English or Spanish, in direct contact with the people who design and build the product. Meetings are set within your working day. Shared documentation, written decisions and a stable technical channel keep the work organised.

  4. How long does blockchain development take?

It comes down to product complexity, the number of systems to integrate and the level of review required. Before development we define the scope, dependencies and deliverables of each phase, so you can decide what reaches production first and what is left for a second iteration. From the start, the plan tells an MVP apart from a complete architecture.

  5. Which blockchain network is right for my project?

The one your product requirements call for, not the one in fashion. For EVM projects we compare Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Base on finality, costs, tooling, interoperability, custody and compliance, and we consider non-EVM networks when they fit better. The recommendation covers contracts, indexing, wallets and operations, and starts from who will use the product.
