An ordinary ERC-3643 transfer checks recipient eligibility through an identity registry and consults the compliance contract. An implementation may require claims from trusted issuers and limits related to country, holdings or lock-up periods. Document checks and keeping claims current remain external processes.
The standard includes administrative roles for minting, burning, freezing, recovery and forced transfers under implementation-specific conditions. These powers must be assessed alongside governance and upgrade permissions. T-REX is the reference contract suite; ONCHAINID provides an identity implementation.
ERC-3643 can support tokenized securities and other restricted assets. It does not decide which legislation applies: in the EU, a token classified as a financial instrument falls outside MiCA. Implementing the standard does not itself establish compliance with all applicable law.
