A treasury may include native tokens, stablecoins and positions in other protocols. Its composition determines market risk, liquidity and external dependencies.

Spending may follow Governor-executed votes, instructions to multisignature signers or delegated budgets. None of these alone identifies control over every key or permission.

The record supports checking on-chain movements. Complete accounting may also include off-chain liabilities, agreements and assets. Transfer transparency and solvency differ.
