2. Consent and message content
We request SMS consent separately, for example in a LinkedIn conversation. We send an SMS only after you affirmatively agree and provide or confirm the mobile number where you want to receive it. We keep a record of that agreement. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Messages are personalized follow-ups about a professional conversation, a possible meeting, and Metlabs’ services relevant to that conversation. Message frequency varies according to the conversation.
3. Opting out and getting help
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a Metlabs SMS. We will confirm your opt-out and stop sending SMS to that number unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or email hello@metlabs.io.
4. Charges and delivery
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Privacy
We handle your mobile number, consent record and SMS conversation as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
