Data we process<\/h2>\n<p>Depending on your relationship with us, we may process the following categories of data:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Professional contact information:<\/strong> name, position, company, e-mail, telephone and country.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Commercial interaction data:<\/strong> messages, scheduled meetings, status of the commercial process and value of opportunities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ad campaign data:<\/strong> aggregated ad performance information (impressions, clicks, spend) and attribution parameters (UTM) associated with our own campaigns.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical data:<\/strong> IP address, device identifiers and navigation data when you visit our website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Purposes of treatment<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and respond to your requests for information and meetings.<\/li>\n<li>To develop our B2B sales and marketing activity.<\/li>\n<li>Measure, internally and aggregated, the effectiveness and return on investment (ROAS) of our own advertising campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with our legal and contractual obligations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Legal basis<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Consent<\/strong> (art. 6.1.a RGPD): when you provide us with your data through forms or reservations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legitimate interest<\/strong> (art. 6.1.f RGPD): for aggregate measurement of our campaigns and B2B commercial prospecting provided.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Execution of a contract<\/strong> (art. 6.1.b RGPD): when a contractual relationship exists or is being prepared.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legal obligation<\/strong> (art. 6.1.c RGPD): when a regulation obliges us to keep or communicate data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Data obtained through LinkedIn APIs.<\/h2>\n<p>Metlabs uses LinkedIn APIs (including the Advertising API and the Lead<br \/>\nSync API) <strong>exclusively for our own marketing activity<\/strong><br \/>\nand only with respect to advertising accounts owned by us.<br \/>\nIn relation to the data obtained through these APIs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We only access data from <strong>our own accounts and campaigns<\/strong>; we do not access data from third party accounts.<\/li>\n<li>We use the data <strong>only for internal reporting and measurement purposes<\/strong> (calculation of ROAS, CAC and cost per lead\/reunion of our ads).<\/li>\n<li><strong>We do not sell, rent or lease<\/strong> LinkedIn or member data to third parties, nor do we use it for purposes other than those described here.<\/li>\n<li>We treat LinkedIn member data in <strong>aggregate<\/strong> form whenever possible and implement security measures to protect it.<\/li>\n<li>We comply with <a href=\"https:\/\/legal.linkedin.com\/api-terms-of-use\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LinkedIn&#8217; s API Terms of Use<\/a> and abide by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/legal\/privacy-policy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LinkedIn&#8217;s Privacy Policy.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>We delete or stop processing LinkedIn data when it is no longer needed for the measurement purpose, when the member requests it, or when required by LinkedIn&#8217;s terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6. Recipients and data processors<\/h2>\n<p>To provide our services we rely on suppliers acting as<br \/>\ndata processors, with whom we have entered into appropriate<br \/>\ncontracts in accordance with art. 28 GDPR. These include<br \/>\nCRM, marketing automation, meeting scheduling and advertising<br \/>\n platforms (e.g. Attio, Cal.com, Brevo, Make and LinkedIn). We do not disclose your<br \/>\ndata to other third parties unless legally required to do so.  <\/p>\n<h2>7. International Transfers<\/h2>\n<p>Some of our suppliers may be located outside the European Economic Area<br \/>\n. In such cases, we guarantee that the transfer will be<br \/>\ncovered by an adequacy decision or<br \/>\nStandard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other appropriate safeguards. <\/p>\n<h2>8. Data Retention<\/h2>\n<p>We keep the data for the time necessary to fulfill the<br \/>\npurposes described above and, thereafter, for the legally required periods<br \/>\n. When they are no longer needed, we securely delete them. <\/p>\n<h2>9. Security<\/h2>\n<p>We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect<br \/>\ndata from unauthorized access, loss or alteration, including<br \/>\naccess control, credential encryption and data minimization.<\/p>\n<h2>10.
